Job Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and responding to emails.
• Enter high-volume inventory, parts, and production data into company systems.
• Process inventory reconciliations, invoices, and back orders.
• Complete data entry for production transactions within the JDE system.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to production and inventory records.
• Maintain accurate records by filing work orders, logs, and supporting documentation.
• Process shipment confirmations and update order status upon fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Support warehouse and production teams by ensuring accurate and timely data management.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to pass a Data Entry Assessment Skills Test.
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of data entry, inventory control, reconciliation, invoicing, or administrative support experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and production transaction processing preferred.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, work order processing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and recordkeeping skills.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Must be able to clear a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
