Position Overview Department: AMC Washington County - Critical Care: ICU Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 24 Schedule & Hours Weekend Program, Day shift - 0.6 FTE Day Shift 7:00 am – 7:30 pm every Saturday/Sunday One weekend off per quarter Holiday rotation required – 3 holidays per year Additional $11.00 per hour weekend program incentive Compensation Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour Location Aurora Medical Center Washington County, a 71‑bed community‑focused hospital located in Hartford, Wisconsin. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices One to two years of RN experience in med/surg, step‑down, or ICU strongly preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required within 6 months Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skilled communication to create a safe patient environment and enhance the patient experience across the continuum.
