The Springs of Brinkley is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team. From self-care to meaningful daily routines, your work helps residents regain independence, dignity, and confidence-one task, one goal, one day at a time.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat residents with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges impacting daily living
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals
Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic recovery
Document therapy sessions and progress toward treatment objectives
Educate residents, families, and staff to support continued success

What You Bring:

Active Arkansas OT license
Strong clinical skills and a resident-focused approach
Flexible PRN availability and a team-oriented mindset
Passion for helping others restore function and quality of life
