What You'll Be Working On

As a CNC Machinist at Acme Industries, you'll produce precision components that help power critical industries across North America.

You'll:

• Operate CNC milling, boring, and turning machines utilizing FANUC controls
• Machine castings and forgings to exact customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Hold tight tolerances and maintain exceptional quality standards
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, adjustments, and light setups
• Inspect and verify parts using precision measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production when needed
• Maintain a safe, organized work area
• Take pride in producing work that matters

We're Looking For Machinists Who Take Pride In Their CraftPreferred

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with FANUC controls
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience holding Tight/close tolerances
• Knowledge of tooling, machine setups, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
• Experience machining castings, forgings, or complex precision components

Required

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong commitment to quality and safety
