Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Design, program, and test PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation system failures and performance issues.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems and processes.
• Conduct training for operators and maintenance personnel on new automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus).
• Experience with vision systems, sensors, and other automation components.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automation solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems and industrial control protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and visualization.
• Proficiency in front-end development (e.g., React, Angular) for creating user interfaces for automation tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance or process optimization.
