And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.The Work:Identify and assess LMS requirements for an upcoming SAP SuccessFactors implementationsProvide advisory on key client decisions relating to Learning Management System functionalityUse your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-ledShow clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in chargeRun the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been givenInteract with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and moreTweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs Check business requirements to find configuration solutionsKeep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisionsUse effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsHere's What You Need:Minimum of 5 years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experienceMinimum of 3 years SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experienceMinimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resourcesCertified in SuccessFactors Learning Management SystemsCertified in at least on other SF space i.e. PMGM, Training, recruiting, etcBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)Bonus Points If: You are advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals or advanced in SAP HCM Training & Event Management or advanced in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do moreYou are a Master in external stakeholder communicationsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
