About the Role We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs who love working with children and families. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real-life skills and confidence. What You’ll Do Provide engaging, one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
