Medical Coding Educator - Risk Adjustment & Data Insights

Humana is seeking a Medical Coder / Coding Educator 2 to help improve provider documentation and design tailored education plans. You will report to the Manager, Medicare Risk Adjustment and work across regions to drive coding quality and education outcomes. The role requires CPC certification, 3+ years in coding education/auditing, data analytics skills (Excel/Power BI), and strong presentation abilities to leadership and providers.
