Parts Manager – Crockett, TX

WCTractor is a dedicated Kubota dealership with locations across Texas, built on a reputation for exceptional service and deep product expertise. When you join WCTractor, you will work alongside experienced leaders who take pride in doing things right, for our customers, our teams, and the communities we serve.

As a Parts Manager at WCTractor, you will lead parts operations for our Crockett location, ensuring our service and retail teams have what they need to keep customers up and running.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain Kubota parts inventory at levels that support internal service and repair departments without delay
• Monitor inventory and anticipate parts needs based on upcoming promotions, seasonal trends, and Kubota suggested stock orders
• Oversee inventory security and conduct regular quality and accuracy audits
• Drive customer satisfaction through responsive service and well-managed stock
• Train and develop parts staff to serve all customers, retail and internal, efficiently and professionally

Parts Manager Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• One year of related experience required
• Extensive customer service experience required
• Computer proficiency required
• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours at a time
