Pay: $90,000 – $130,000 DOE

Benefits: Full Benefits Package

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area, 21-County Service Area (territories assigned based on coverage needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert hospice nursing care to patients with life-limiting conditions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families.

• Manage pain and symptom control to ensure comfort and dignity.

• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and the care team.

• Educate caregivers and guide them through emotional and clinical transitions .

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.

What You’ll Bring

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.

• 2+ years of experience in hospice, oncology, or palliative care .

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to end-of-life care.

• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
