Vice President, Head of Cardiovascular Sales

Role: Vice President, Head of Cardiovascular Sales responsible for developing and executing the U.S. cardiovascular sales strategy to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities: building and leading a high-performing, agile sales team developing portfolio strategies fostering a patient-centered culture partnering with cross-functional teams such as marketing, market access, and medical utilizing market insights to inform decisions and managing national sales performance and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years in commercial pharma, biotech, or healthcare sales, with proven leadership in complex, geographically dispersed teams experience with specialty therapeutic areas and product launches strong analytical, strategic, and financial skills understanding of US market access landscape. Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) experience in cardiovascular or other specialty sales expertise in digital and analytics tools. HighValue: Focus on cardiovascular therapies complex sales environment product launches market access working in a matrixed, enterprise setting.
