Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Lancaster, OH to work with adult and pediatric patients in their homes! Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS! Shifts Available: Client A: Wednesday Day | 7:30am-4:30pm | Adult Client B: Friday, Saturday Nights | 11pm-7:30am | Pediatric Client C: Sunday Day | 9am-3pm | Pediatric Client D: Sunday - Tuesday, Saturday Days | 12pm-4pm | Pediatric Client E: Sunday - Tuesday, Saturday Days | 8am-12pm | Pediatric

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
