Q&D Construction is currently seeking 5-7 safety-minded, professional, and reliable Concrete Mixer Drivers who exhibit our values of service, integrity, and quality. Candidates that are a strong cultural fit can demonstrate that they are self-motivated, honest, and hard-working. Our CDL Mixer Drivers are essentials to the construction operation and work closely with project leaders on a daily basis. Q&D Mixer Drivers are dependable and they understand each project's hazards. Our CDL Mixer Drivers hold themselves accountable for their safety and the safety of others on every project.
Truck Driver Benefits
- Starting wage $26-$30 / hour
- Tiered pay scale based on experience

Truck Driver Requirements
- Class B CDL (Commercial Driver License) MINIMUM with experience driving concrete mixer trucks.
- Pre-employment DOT (Department of Transportation) drug screening
- Clean 3-year MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
- Current Medical Card; high school diploma or equivalent
The Ideal Truck Driver Candidate
- Has obtained some concrete mixer driving experience
- Is self-motivated to perform quality work
- Works well on a team
- Is able to follow directions, while also being self-reliant
- Performs with a safety-oriented mindset at all times
