Senior Product Manager, Finance Systems & Rebates

Job Summary
Our client, a leading retail & consumer goods provider, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team. This candidate will be working on a large scale transformation, moving from multiple legacy systems to Oracle Fusion across Finance and HR.


This is contract to hire, looking for a full-time candidate, long term. This role is located hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our client is open to relocation candidates.



Core Responsibilities

• Drives modernization, automation, and scalability across core corporate systems that power financial accuracy, compliance, and workforce operations
• Owns the vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise platforms supporting Finance system capabilities
• Ensures the product roadmap supports the goals and strategy of the business and reflects market intelligence and customer needs
• Manages the technology lifecycle of finance systems, features or enhancements from conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review and release

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• Direct experience with Finance systems (ERP, EPM etc.)
• Demonstrated success leading process automation or system modernization initiatives
• Experience working in agile product delivery models with engineering teams
• Rebate Automation (Immediate Priority)
• The first major initiative is focused on rebate automation for both vendors and customers
• Vendor rebates tied to purchasing activities
• Customer rebates tied to sales activities
• Creating a single source of truth for rebate management
• Partnering with a third-party SaaS provider
• Automating Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

Work Environment

• Location: Raleigh, NC, North Hills, OPEN TO RELOCATION CANDIDATES
• Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite, 1 remote

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
