Physical Therapist

We are the leaders in the orthopedic community of East Central Florida. The Orthopedic Clinic has served our community since 1961 and provides individualized orthopedic care. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. The Physical Therapist will work directly with patients to restore function and alleviate pain, administering medically prescribed therapy as outlined by treatment plans coordinated with our physicians. This role requires hands‑on patient care in an outpatient setting, exemplary customer service and leadership skills, and a passion for quality healthcare. Training and mentorship opportunities are available for less experienced candidates. What the Physical Therapist will do Meet the patient’s goals and needs, providing quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results, and determining physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians Help patients accomplish treatment plans and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises; instruct, encourage, and assist patients in performing physical activities Evaluate the effects of physical therapy treatments by observing, noting, and evaluating patient progress; recommend adjustments and modifications Document patient care services by charting in the EHR Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Requirements Current Physical Therapist Florida license Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office products, EPM and EHR software applications Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance Full compensation package for full‑time positions includes competitive salary, medical, dental, vision, short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid time off, and continuing education reimbursement.
