Geriatrics | Milwaukee Lakeshore | Outpatient Only | 2-9 Patients Daily

A nationally recognized PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization is seeking a Geriatrician, FM Physician, or IM Physician to join its interdisciplinary team in the greater Milwaukee area of Wisconsin.

Position Highlights:
• Practice medicine the way it was intended with a mission-driven organization focused on quality of care rather than patient volume
• Join a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team
• Outpatient-only position with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule
• Low-volume phone call shared among providers, totaling approximately 6 to 9 weeks annually
• See an average of just 2 to 9 patients per day, allowing meaningful time with each participant
• Lead care planning efforts for medically complex older adults while developing long-term relationships with patients and families
• Strong physician support structure with dedicated clinical staff and experienced leadership
