Performance Analyst - GoSafe South Wales Police is hiring a Performance Analyst for its GoSafe team. The role supports the GoSafe function by providing analytical insights into operational and organisational matters, enabling evidence‑based decisions to keep South Wales roads safe. About the role and key responsibilities Create reports and conduct ad hoc analysis, providing new insights on a range of subjects. Analyse data to predict future outcomes and advise stakeholders on how to use insights to improve road safety. Support decision‑making across the GoSafe function through evidence‑based recommendations. Required skills and experience Qualifications in mathematics or statistics, or equivalent coursework, OR at least two years of analytical experience. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, PowerQuery and DAX is advantageous but not essential. Willingness to undergo MV/SC vetting.
