Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.

• ASN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, experience with non-titrating Cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone – ask manager approval if no experience), general medical/surgical skillset – care of patients with tubes/drains, IV start skills, blood products, wound care/dressing changes, etc.

Required Credentials: ASN / BSN

Preferred Credentials: ONS preferred but not required. Will allow travelers to give chemo if certified.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend

• On Call, Call Back Requirements: None

• Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays

Floating Requirements: Region 2 - Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, Central Division (CMC Main + CMC Mercy + Levine Children’s Hospital)

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
