Kennel Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kennel Supervisor to join our team in Pasadena, TX. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a boarding facility and possess strong leadership skills to effectively supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of animal care and cleanliness. Responsibilities Supervise and lead kennel staff to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment. Manage bookings and scheduling to optimize kennel capacity and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service. Ensure all animals receive proper care, including feeding, exercise, and monitoring health. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility. Train and mentor staff to uphold company policies and animal care protocols. Coordinate with management to address any operational issues or improvements. Qualifications Previous experience working in a boarding facility is required. Proven leadership experience, including supervising staff. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage bookings and schedules. Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries and team coordination.
