• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with 2 weeknights on-call
• 15 - 20 patients per day
• Small rural hospital
• Deliveries and c-sections required
• Maternity leave coverage
• Approximately 400 births per year
• 0 - 2 calls per night
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
