Position: Dietary Aide (Full Time)
Work Schedule:
- FT Dietary Aide - 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 4-5 days a week including every other weekend and every other holiday.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
- Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
- Reading tray cards and ensuring meals are served accurately according to residents' dietary needs, including special diets
- Cleaning eating areas after meals
- Bringing in delivered food items from vendors/providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
- Additional duties as assigned
