Madonna Gardens in Salinas, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage the physical plant of the Carefield Living community, performing and supervising repairs, alterations and preventive maintenance to keep the property well-maintained for residents, families and staff. You will supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, coordinate with vendors, handle safety systems, and help meet regulatory requirements while supporting a positive, collaborative work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Madonna Gardens
