What You Will Do
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies for product offerings, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- Utilize advanced AI technologies, including OpenAI and Large Language Models, to improve financial forecasting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Notion and Slack to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
- Analyze user data and feedback to optimize financial products and services, driving user satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular assessments of financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 510 years of experience in financial planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of product finance.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies, particularly in the context of financial services.
- Experience with financial software such as eMoney to support client needs and product development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and tax implications related to crypto investments.
- Experience working in a startup environment, particularly within the fintech or crypto sectors.
- Knowledge of product management principles and practices.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $138K to $190K, reflecting the importance of this position within the company. In addition to competitive compensation, the company offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
