What We Are Looking For!

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and documentation

Move, stage, and deliver materials to production lines based on schedules and work orders

Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)

Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation

Support kitting, line-side replenishment, and material preparation activities

Organize warehouse storage locations to ensure efficient material flow

Handle hazardous or sensitive materials in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

Maintain 5S standards and a clean, safe warehouse environment

Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve material issues

Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational procedures

What You Will Bring!

High school diploma or GED required

13 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing

Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)

Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes

Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness

Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving priorities
