Automotive Technician (A & B Level)

???? $20 – $45 plus per hour (based on experience & certifications)

We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for highly qualified Ford technicians, with payout after 90 days of successful employment.

As an Automotive Technician, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance while ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues

• Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and NY state inspections

• Complete software updates and key programming

• Collaborate with the parts department to secure required parts

• Inspect vehicles for additional repair and safety needs

• Document all work performed accurately on repair orders

• Maintain clean workspaces and customer vehicles

• Train and mentor apprentice technicians

• Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and training requirements

✔ A or B Level Technician experience required
✔ Manufacturer training preferred
✔ Strong diagnostic and repair skills
✔ Solid product knowledge
✔ Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodation
