Senior Authenticator, Vintage

About the Role You are a product specialist self‑starter who can work independently and with cross‑functional teams to ensure the integrity of the Vintage Authenticator function. With your previous experience as an individual contributor as an Authenticator or Brand Lead, you possess hands‑on ability to own projects relating to Vintage Escalation, DeEscalation, Product Organization and Movement, and ability to assist the department with its SLA. What You Get to Do Every Day Sorts HRA backlog for mis‑escalated vintage to ‘de‑escalate’ by sending through to LRA (25‑50% of time) Manually locates and escalates high‑value vintage items to L3 in Dior from LRA (25‑50% of time) Manages and tracks incoming high‑value vintage consignments to ensure proper receiving and escalation Organizes Vintage backlog by date order to ensure proper SLA is maintained Scans items into vintage backlog location Supports receiving with inquiries regarding vintage product Assists HRA Vintage production as needed / when time permits Minimum Requirements At least one year as a Brand Lead or LRA Authenticator or equivalent external Vintage experience required Experience with Excel and Google Docs Experience with Dior and Looker highly preferred Ability to work 40 hours per week and may include weekends as needed Ability to sort and move fashion product on racks and in bins Compensation, Benefits, and Perks $50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on site Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401K with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave 9 Paid Company Holidays 18 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days (PTO starts accruing on first day of work) State of the art, climate‑controlled warehouse facility The expected hourly rate for this role is $17.83‑$23.82. The starting pay is determined by factors such as location and candidate experience, and salary is one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
