United Methodist Communities is seeking compassionate CMAs & CNAs to join The Shores , our Senior Care Community located in beautiful Ocean City, NJ -recently named New Jersey's Happiest Town.

As a CMA/CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents living in our memory care department by:

Safely administering medications
Assisting with daily care needs
Creating a calm, respectful, and engaging environment
Building meaningful relationships with residents and families

This is more than a job-it's purpose-driven work with a team that truly cares.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED
Active NJ CNA certification in good standing
NJ-approved Medication Administration Course
Memory Care experience preferred (but not required!)
Willingness to complete required Memory Care education
