Credit Service Representative

To support an efficient credit workflow, the full-time Credit Service Representative will investigate, verify, and analyze credit information while communicating with customers and internal teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage customer-centric inbound and outbound communication that adheres to company quality standards Investigate and verify credit, employment, and financial information to support mortgage underwriting Deliver timely and accurate information to customers and internal teams while ensuring compliance with regulations Required qualifications Experience in the financial services or mortgage services industry Strong understanding of credit services, reports, and regulatory considerations Customer service experience in a professional environment Ability to interpret complex credit scenarios such as foreclosure and bankruptcy Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
