In this role, you will provide product oversight for SDK development, partnering closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional product lines to align investment with Q2's broader platform strategy. You will gather and translate client, partner, and internal stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, prioritize work to maximize impact, and architect a roadmap that accelerates extensibility, partner innovation, and ecosystem growth. You will champion a clear vision for Q2's developer experience—communicating direction broadly to financial institutions, partners, and internal teams—while operating in a flexible, fast-paced environment where collaboration and strategic thinking are essential.The Job At-A-Glance:Drive roadmap and product strategy for SDK, Developer Portal and MarketplaceCollaborate closely with engineering to understand technical trade-offs and influence product designPartner with support, observability, and other product leads to analyze root causes of issuesMonitor and impact key metrics and efficiencies for productsProvide guidance and mentorship to the product team on the product lifecycleProactively identify opportunities for new trends, features, and productsConduct research and provide industry expertise for product business casesEstablish and track business cases and financialsAssess the risk of value, feasibility, and usability for product successCommunicate value and vision effectively, establishing credibility with stakeholdersEngage with clients and prospects via Relationship and Sales teams as neededBuild effective relationships with Product, Sales, and Marketing teamsChampion end-user experience through integration of human interaction best practices and front-end designWork with engineering counterparts to ensure security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies are adhered toDeliver product acceptance criteria for development teams to ensure high-quality outcomesCollaborate with Release Management to develop release documentation and internal training materialsBring Your Passion, Do What You Love.
