Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time unarmed Security Guard in our Lathrop, CA warehouse. The unarmed Security Guard will help maintain the safety and security of the In-N-Out Burger facility in Lathrop. General Responsibilities: Maintain the safety and security of the Lathrop facility and grounds Understand all aspects of guard monitoring, such as operating the front gates, foot patrols, monitoring the cameras, understanding the alarm system and emergency procedures Serve as a receptionist/greeter in the guard shack for all visitors coming to the facility Screen and log in all visitors entering and exiting the complex Conduct routine surveillance; perform security patrols, protocol and contingency operations Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency After business hours - checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property Provide excellent customer service; maintain friendliness and professionalism at all times Possess good judgment to handle day to day operations Perform all duties with pride; Work well in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt) Work hours/shifts vary.
