Digital Operations Marketing Sr. Specialist

What you’ll be doing: Lead the website content lifecycle: identifying content opportunities and gaps, developing content briefs, reviewing and editing copy, and partnering with content writers to deliver SEO-optimized content. Lead email marketing strategy and coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, executed and optimized. Drive the development and management of affiliate marketing programs, identifying new partnership opportunities. Oversee relationships with marketing vendors, freelancers, and affiliate partners, tracking contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics. Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools, providing insights for continuous improvement. Assist with social media planning, content coordination, and engagement trend tracking. Execute invoice management, vendor contracts and reputation management efforts, including customer review monitoring. What you’ll bring: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations, ideally in B2C environments. Proven experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver marketing projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems [preferred]. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital customer acquisition channels. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ and marketing automation tools (preferred).
