Responsibilities Participate in design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements and recommend robust design. Help clients understand and implement Record to Report processes using Financial Accounting Hub. Identify strategies, risks, and options and recommend approaches to avoid problems. Create design options using prototypes. Collaborate with project team, leaders, and client stakeholders to deliver a Record to Report solution powered by Oracle Cloud. Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set‑up, test, and deploy Oracle Financial Accounting Hub solutions and integrate them. Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables. Earn the trust of clients, teammates, and managers to ensure delivery. Continuously grow your skills to support business development and sales efforts. Stay informed about industry trends and Oracle features. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management, including General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub. Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑to‑end Record to Report processes and Financial Accounting Hub configurations. Minimum 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects. Experience with at least one full life‑cycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). Associate degree with minimum 6 years work experience is acceptable. Bonus Points Oracle Cloud certification. Experience with other Oracle Cloud products. Strong creative problem‑solving skills. Excellent project delivery and management experience. Proven ability to gain client trust and partner on design, workshops, gap analysis, and testing. Experience integrating with Oracle Cloud EPM products. Travel Travel may be required from 0% to 100% depending on business needs.
