Neighborhood Marketing Representative $34,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | Paid Training | Rapid Growth Track MLM Home Improvement is one of the fastest growing exterior remodeling companies in the Northeast. Since 2007, we have built our reputation on quality, service, and a team culture that develops people. We are expanding our Neighborhood Marketing team. This role is the engine that drives our business. You will be out in local neighborhoods, starting conversations, building rapport quickly, and getting homeowners scheduled for a complimentary roof and exterior inspection. Who We Are Looking For We want people who are hungry to advance their careers and step into a long term growth path, not just take another job. This role attracts individuals who know how to communicate under pressure and keep their energy up. We are actively seeking candidates with backgrounds such as: • Restaurant servers and bartenders • Retail associates who know how to engage customers • Hospitality professionals who stay composed and personable • Athletes and former team sport players • Military veterans with discipline, grit, and leadership experience • Anyone comfortable talking to strangers and guiding conversations toward a “yes” What You Will Do • Walk assigned neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our inspection program • Use conversation skills to build trust quickly and gain buy in • Educate homeowners on storm damage, maintenance needs, and inspection benefits • Schedule same week inspection appointments • Track your results in our CRM • Hit individual and team activity goals Schedule Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Compensation and Perks • Base Salary: $34,000 • Uncapped Commission • Paid Training • Bonuses: daily, weekly, monthly • Tropical company trip for top performers • Frequent team events, competitions, and recognition Benefits and Culture • Health, Dental, Vision • 401(k) with 4 percent company match • PTO • Transparent advancement into sales consulting, leadership, and management • Supportive team environment and structured coaching Why This Role Matters Neighborhood Marketing is the starting point of our entire customer journey.
