At the same time, you'll work in a culture of ongoing learning and development, allowing you to constantly expand your area of expertise.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team and help deliver an exceptional candidate, hiring manager and interviewer experience, while supporting efficient and consistent Talent Acquisition (TA) processes globally.This is a high impact role in the recruitment process, supporting interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting operations, hiring documentation, background checks, onboarding coordination, and system administration. This role offers the opportunity to build broad experience within TA, combining hands-on coordination and operations with exposure to recruitment, systems, projects and continuous improvement.Working alongside an experienced global TA team, you will gain exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, employer branding, internship programs, recruiting systems, analytics, and process improvement initiatives while building the skills needed to grow into future TA roles.Please note: This role is a hybrid remote role, with occasional travel to our office in Moon Township, PA, and 1-2 annual trips to Stockholm, Sweden for team conferences.Our team is split between Pittsburgh and Stockholm.
