Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool - Days

Position: Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical Float Pool Responsibilities: Assess, manage, and coordinate nursing care across various Medical Surgical units, including comprehensive assessments, care planning based on patient data, and implementing evidence-based interventions. Provide patient education, discharge planning, medication administration, and collaborate with healthcare team members. Ensure safety protocols, infection control, and proper documentation. Offer specialized care for high-risk patients, monitor patient responses, and ensure quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with patients and families, maintain professionalism, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license in Missouri or applicable states, BLS certification, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to patient-centered care.
