We are looking for a licensed Medical Aesthetician who is as passionate about clinical skin health as they are about the business of sales and client retention.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

At Aire MedSpa , you are a clinical leader. We are looking for a self-managed professional to take ownership of the following:

• Clinical Performance: Performing advanced medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and skin treatments with precision and care.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: You are responsible for driving revenue through strategic treatment upselling and medical-grade retail sales. You understand that product sales are the "insurance policy" for clinical results.
• Client Retention: Managing your "book of business." You must be proactive in re-booking clients and moving them through their long-term treatment plans to ensure lasting results and loyalty.
• Digital Representation: Collaborating on our social media strategy by showcasing your results, educating our audience, and representing the Aire brand online.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Availability: Tuesday–Saturday (30-35 hours a week).
• Experience: Current Florida Aesthetician License. Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical setting.
• The Person: You are articulate, data-conscious, and a "closer." You understand that your success is measured by the confidence of your clients and the growth of your numbers.
• Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses and Sales Commission.
