Cart AttendantJack Frost National Golf Club is seeking a Cart Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Summary: As a key member of Jack Frost National's golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.Position Responsibilities:Maintain professional appearanceBring carts from the cart barn in the morning and return carts to the cart barn at the end of the dayClean, water, and check carts after each use and restock as requiredClean and maintain cart barnEnsure the carts are available for player use at all timesReceive and communicate complaints to the Golf ShopWork closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournamentsImplement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or managerQualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Must have strong customer/guest orientationMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependableMust have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the publicWorking knowledge of the rules of golf is preferredAbility to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulationsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to use equipment and tools properly and safelyEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
