Sales Executive – Holiday Homes & Lodges Location: Trossachs Holiday Park Reports To: Group Sales Manager / Head Office Job Purpose The Sales Executive supports the sale of holiday lodges and caravans at Trossachs Holiday Park. The role focuses on generating leads, conducting viewings, assisting customers throughout the buying journey and helping the wider sales team achieve targets. The Sales Executive works closely with colleagues across the park to deliver an exceptional customer experience, promote the park professionally and contribute positively as part of a team environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Support the achievement of sales targets for holiday lodges and caravans. Generate leads through enquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns and local networking. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media through Zoho CRM. Conduct park tours and holiday home viewings with prospective buyers. Present holiday homes, park facilities, and ownership benefits in a welcoming and engaging manner. Assist customers throughout the sales process from initial enquiry to completion. Work collaboratively with the wider sales and park team to maximise opportunities and provide excellent service. Maintain a strong understanding of available stock, pricing, and current promotions. Customer Experience Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey. Build positive relationships with prospective and existing holiday home owners. Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with potential buyers. Support new owners during the purchase process and assist with onboarding where required. Ensure customers feel welcomed, informed, and valued at all times. Teamwork & Park Support Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider park team to achieve shared goals. Support colleagues during busy periods, events, and promotional weekends. Contribute positively to a team-focused working environment. Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Be willing to assist with general park activities when required. Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM or sales systems. Assist with quotations, sales paperwork, and customer documentation. Help ensure holiday homes and lodges are presented to a high standard. Support the handling of customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and consumer legislation relating to holiday home ownership. Park Representation Act as an ambassador for Trossachs Holiday Park and represent the brand professionally at all times. Maintain excellent knowledge of the park, local area, facilities, and holiday home products. Promote a positive image of the park both in person and online. Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a customer‑facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated and enthusiastic approach to sales. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good organisational and administrative skills. Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Professional and confident manner with customers. Desirable Experience within the holiday park, leisure, property, or tourism industry. Experience handling customer enquiries and lead generation. Knowledge of caravans, lodges, or holiday home ownership. Personal Attributes Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Team player with a collaborative approach to work. Confident communicator and presenter. Reliable, organised, and proactive. Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays as required. Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Working Hours Full‑time position. Weekend and occasional evening work will be required due to the nature of holiday park sales. Salary & Benefits Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum. Competitive base salary. Commission structure based on sales performance. Staff benefits as confirmed by employer. Opportunity to work in a scenic and growing holiday park environment.
