Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures using the CT scanner, ensuring proper patient positioning, exposure parameters, and image quality.
- Administer and monitor contrast as ordered; manage venipuncture for IV access and contrast administration.
- Maintain radiation safety practices and ALARA principles; perform basic equipment checks and routine quality control.
- Document procedures and findings in the EMR (EPIC) and communicate results to radiologists and referring clinicians.
- Assist with intraoperative imaging needs (OR cases) and participate in on-call coverage as required.
- Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring comfort, privacy, infection control, and effective communication throughout exams.

Requirements
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment
- BLS certification
- CRT/Fluoro credentials
- Venipuncture proficiency
- EPIC EMR experience
- At least two years of recent field experience (minimum 3 years may be required depending on prior assignments)
- Ability to operate in a CT imaging environment and participate in OR and call duties
