Key Responsibilities Lead and support the team to deliver AMAZING personalized customer service Achieve consistent execution of delivering AMAZING drinks, AMAZINGLY fast Coach and motivate baristas to uphold Scooter's quality and service standards Impact growth by leading promotions, increasing app adoption, and upselling Assists the store manager in managing a profitable store, managing controllable expenses, and monitoring labor costs.
