Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join Rudy’s Country Store & Bar-B-Q in San Antonio. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to outstanding service, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring the continued success of our beloved establishment. Working side by side with team members in the day-to-day operations, you will lead by example and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Rudy’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Work side by side with team members, actively engaging in daily tasks and providing hands-on leadership.

Mentor and lead a team of enthusiastic individuals, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.

Provide coaching, training, and support to team members, enhancing their skills and performance.

Demonstrate a servant leader mentality, embodying the qualities of our core values: Serve Guests, Serve Team, Serve Community, Serve Partners.

Maintain strong communication channels with staff, management, and stakeholders.

Contribute to the restaurant’s success by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.

Uphold Rudy’s high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of high-volume management experience in the restaurant industry.

Stable work history in restaurant management roles with positive employment transitions.

Exceptional people skills, including coaching, training, and communication abilities.

A strong desire to succeed, progress, and contribute to the growth of the restaurant.

Servant leader mentality with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
