Job Summary

Are you a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading high-performing teams? We are seeking a Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive operational excellence.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team, ensure the highest standards of food quality and service, manage financial performance, and create a welcoming dining experience for every guest. If you're passionate about people, food, and delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of food service associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring efficiency, quality, and an outstanding guest experience.
• Plan, promote, and execute special events, seasonal promotions, and café initiatives.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory, labor, and operating expenses while meeting budget and financial goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall business performance.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure company policies and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Build a positive, collaborative team culture focused on hospitality and service excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Experience in one or more of the following environments: restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, higher education, healthcare, military dining, or other high-volume food service operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and food service operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer applications.
• ServSafe Certification or Department of Health Food Safety Certification is preferred.
