We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Nightingale at Arkadelphia, a premier healthcare provider in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. As an LPN at our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents. About the Role As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, as well as providing emotional support and assistance with daily living activities.
