Our Technology Services team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise voice and unified communications environment. This role combines business analysis, operational support, and administration responsibilities, helping ensure a seamless communication experience for employees, advisors, and business partners. A primary focus of this position will be supporting Phone Services, a comprehensive voice solution that enables advisors and their staff to leverage the same enterprise-grade communication tools used throughout the corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a foundational understanding of Cisco voice technologies and unified communications platforms. Success in this role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Contribute to the overall success of the AFG Phone Services offering by providing a superior customer service experience and support throughout the onboarding process.

- Collect and document business and technical requirements to set up voice services for AFG offices.

- Serve as a primary contact for customers onboarding to AFG Voice Services and act as an escalation point for customer service issues when necessary.

- Identify and drive opportunities to improve the overall end-to-end service experience through onboarding, training, support, and documentation.

- Experience supporting Cisco Webex Calling, Cisco Unified Communications, or related voice platforms.

- Knowledge of enterprise telephony, call routing, voicemail, and voice administration concepts.

- Previous experience supporting advisors, branch offices, or distributed workforce environments.

- Experience with incident management, service request fulfillment, or IT service operations.

- Familiarity with business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
