Agricultural Production Operator

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring Agricultural  Production Operator for a local agricultural company in the grain industry!

We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working around grain, trucks, equipment, and an industrial/agricultural environment. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable working outdoors, and is not afraid of heights or working around large trucks and equipment.

Pay Rate: $20 p/h

Day Shift : Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM–7:30 PM

Outside Shift: Mon - Fri: 5AM to 1:30PM

2nd Shift: Mon - Fri: 1:30PM to 10PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and handling incoming  grain.

• Direct and assist trucks as they enter and leave the grain facility.

• Help with truck dumping and grain unloading operations.

• Monitor grain flow and equipment during loading and unloading.

• Perform general grain elevator and facility duties as assigned.

• Work safely around large trucks, grain handling equipment, conveyors, and other machinery.

• Climb ladders, stairs, platforms, and work at elevated heights when required.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.

• Work as part of a team to keep grain operations moving efficiently.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous agricultural, farming, grain, manufacturing, production, trucking, or industrial experience is preferred.

• Comfortable working around large trucks and heavy equipment.

• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders/stairs.

• Able to work outside and in changing weather conditions.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to safety.

• Reliable attendance and dependable work history.

• Able to follow directions and work independently when needed.

• Willingness to learn grain elevator operations.
