Senior .NET AI Engineer (Azure & LLMs)

Requirements Experience with LLMs and Azure AI services including Azure AI Studio/Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service Strong hands‑on expertise in C# / .NET with 5+ years of C# experience Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure PaaS services (App Services, Function Apps, Azure SQL, ADLS) Working knowledge of LLM development patterns such as RAG, fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering Experience with agent/orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Foundry, or equivalents (e.g., LangChain) Experience working on Microsoft projects ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
