The ideal candidate will be friendly and welcoming to our residents, families, employees, and visitors. The Receptionist provides the first impression for our guests, so compassion and engagement are critical. 

Responsibilities include:
•    Greet all residents, families, guests, and visitors with a warm smile and welcome.
•    Operate telephone system as required, and answer calls in a calm, inviting tone.
•    Receive requests within the facility and locate personnel.
•    Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
•    Ensure guests and visitors abide by existing rules.
•    Complete clerical tasks such as filing and documentation, if applicable.
