Finance Analyst

Support strategies to drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs, and overall business improvement Partner with Commercial leadership to deliver financial and strategic results using FP&A best practices Support corporate FP&A processes, initiatives, and reporting within Operations Facilitate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools Develop and deploy Finance tools and processing across the organization Train business stakeholders on the AOP process Support monthly and quarterly business review processes Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analytics Develop and identify insights and opportunities Provide analytical support for strategic investment decisions Generate corporate and business segment forecasts based on defined cadences Create executive management reporting dashboards and distill key insights Develop and deploy tools and processes across the organization as defined by the business Follow supervisor instructions and perform other related duties as requested Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of financial or business-related analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience MBA degree preferred CPA preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Ability to communicate information in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to deal with problems involving several discrete variables in standardized situations Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently Ability to work with little direct supervision Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States Regularly able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone Frequently able to sit and reach with hands and arms Occasionally able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes, financial modeling, and strategic investment decision support.
