About the role As a Server, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You must be friendly, recommend menu items, and anticipate guest needs while enjoying a fun, flexible, and growth‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and present menus. Make menu recommendations and take orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and stations. Assist other servers and kitchen staff as needed. Ensure food safety and health standards are met. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Strong verbal communication skills. Commitment to guest service and team collaboration. Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours, lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to use disinfectant supplies and wear protective equipment. Compensation and Benefits Competitive wages plus tips, daily pay (where available), healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and career advancement opportunities.
