Ideal candidates are those eager to transition into controls, software, mechanical, or electrical engineering position by leveraging the fundamental knowledge gained during their academic pursuits. This role is perfect for individuals who have played a critical role in college projects, possess hands-on co-op or internship experience, and are passionate about growing rapidly as engineers.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of PLC/ladder logic.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Clean driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience from co-ops or internships.
• Demonstrated eagerness to develop new skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
